Patrick & JulieDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Patrick & Julie

We are humbled by your courage and that you would take the time to read our letter and learn more about us. If you’re thinking about an adoption plan, we hope you will consider us.

We are Patrick and Julie. We have been married for almost 14 years and have been friends for almost 20 years. Pat is a farmer and enjoys all aspects of his job, from planting crops and fixing machinery to harvest. He also enjoys working on and restoring antique cars. Pat’s favorite thing to do is throw the kids over his shoulder and carry them to bed each night. Julie is a wife and a mom. She is thankful for the opportunity to stay home, raise our children, and create a fun and safe haven in our home. More

Monte, Barbie, Riley, Nicole & FrannyDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Monte, Barbie, Riley, Nicole & Franny

Thank you very much for going through this process and giving us the opportunity to show you what our family is all about. We sincerely hope that through this process, you will find all of the answers you need during this time in your life. Although we do not know you, we fully respect anybody that is willing to go through hardship for the sake of a child.

We are Monte and Barbie and as you probably know by now, our family does not form what most would consider the typical household. Due to health problems, we are legal guardians/parents to Barbie's younger sisters. Barbie's younger sisters were adopted by her parents at birth; the older (Nicole - 15 yrs.) is African-American, and the younger (Franchesca - 13 yrs.) is Hispanic. We also have a daughter (Riley Joe – 5yrs.). More

Michael & ChristinaDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Michael & Christina

You are so brave! Even considering placing your child for adoption takes courage and wisdom and love and humility that many people do not have. We are praying for you, that God will keep you and your baby safe and healthy.

We are Michael and Christina and we were married in 2005. We like to spend time outdoors and most of the time that involves our yellow lab, Haddie. She certainly adds excitement to any hiking, camping or fishing trip. We also love to read and talk about things we’re learning. We relax in the evenings by catching up on our favorite TV shows or watching a movie. We are also involved in our church and are thankful for the support they have provided for us. More

As we write this letter, we cannot know what you are feeling; what we do know is that you are making a very important decision about your child’s future. Whether you choose to parent or to make an adoption plan, we want you to know that you are a courageous and caring person. Please let us introduce ourselves to you.

We are Mike and Heather. We will start by sharing a bit about our life. We met over five years ago while working together in a small, summer tourism town. We then discovered that we attended the same college and started dating. We have now been married for just over two years. More

Tom, Kelly & DanielDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Tom, Kelly & Daniel

Hello, and THANK YOU for taking a few moments to learn about us. We are Tom, Kelly and Daniel and we live in Montana in a comfortable, country home on 10 acres with our horses, cats and dogs. We are a fun-loving, “outdoorsy” family that enjoys anything that offers adventure and time together. We love to ride horses, play games, go swimming, go camping, go boating, and go exploring.

Tom enjoys watching sports on TV, listening to all types of music, reading suspense novels and he is a golf fanatic! Daniel’s favorites include the color red, riding his bike, playing with his friends, playing the Wii, and trying to convince his parents he knows more than us! Kelly’s biggest passion is anything to do with horses. Her other favorites include hanging out with friends, reading, scrapbooking, listening to music and watching “Dancing with the Stars”. More

By Jeff, April, Ty & Madison

We cannot understand what you are feeling or experiencing right now, but we truly appreciate how difficult your decision must be. We are grateful that you have touched our lives, either for just a few moments as you read our letter or for a lifetime through an open adoption.

We are Jeff and April and we thank you for letting us introduce ourselves. We met while April was still in high school and quickly became inseparable. Eighteen months later we were married. After all these years we are still as happy as we were way back then. More

Sean, Michele Ian & JakeDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Sean & Michele

We are thrilled beyond words that you would consider us as an adoptive family for your child! We have lots of love, laughter, and opportunities to share. We have a personal friend who is a birthmother, and through her we have gained some insight into the thoughts and feelings that go into making this difficult decision. Just as this is a walk of faith for you, it is for us as well!

We are a family of three including our 4 year old son, Ian. We also have a black lab named Jake, who is 8 years old. We live in a quiet family neighborhood that is a great place to grow up. There are 3 parks, walking trails, and many other children to play with. Our house is on a cul-de-sac where the kids like to make lots of laps on their bikes! Our family is very active in the outdoors. In the winter we enjoy skiing and snowshoeing, as well as the occasional trip to the hot springs. One of our family’s winter traditions is to venture into the national forest and find the perfect Christmas tree for our home. In the summer, we like to camp, hike, swim and water ski. When we are not out doing something we can be found at home enjoying leisurely evenings in the back yard or taking a walk around the neighborhood. More

Dan & SueDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Dan & Sue

Hi, we are Dan and Sue. Dan and I have been together for 13 wonderful years and we just celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary a few months ago. We met while we were in college and we have been best friends ever since. We are blessed with a wonderful son, Dylan, who is the center of our universe.

Dan and I have always wanted a large family with many children. We are so blessed to have Dylan and our dream is to have more children. Our hope is that we can grow our family through open adoption and share the love we have with a new baby. If you are thinking of making an open adoption plan, our hope is that you will consider us as parents. We have so much love and stability to give to a baby and we want Dylan to have the joyous experiences of having a sibling. More

By Karen & Perry

We introduce ourselves to you mindful that you may be making complicated and difficult decisions at this time. And so we wish you well, and hope that whatever path you choose brings you all the good that life has to offer.

Our names are Karen and Perry, and we are a couple who look forward to expanding our family with adoption. We have one daughter named Sadie, whom we adopted three years ago. As two people who love adventure, we both readily agree that parenting her has been by far the greatest and most challenging life experience we could imagine! More

Michael & JenniferDear Expectant Parent(s),
By Mark & Caroline

We are writing to introduce ourselves in the hope that if you make an adoption plan for your baby you would consider us as adoptive parents. We are Mark and Caroline. We live in a small town. We have one son, Zach, whom we adopted from Guatemala almost three years ago. He is now 3 years old. We do the best we can to teach Zach about his birth family and culture, but it is difficult since he was born in Guatemala. We look forward to adopting a child openly here in the US so that he/she can know about his/her family and have all the opportunities possible to develop a strong sense of self. Since we have adopted before, we somewhat understand what a difficult sacrifice it can be to place a child for adoption. We hope that through our continued contact that we might help to decrease some of your struggle with this decision. We are grateful to you for considering us as adoptive parents. More
