Stacey Spears

Administrative Assistant

Originally from Washington, Stacey Spears relocated to Montana four years ago and joined the team at Catholic Social Services of Montana in 2017 as an administrative assistant.

Within her role, she is responsible for completing necessary paperwork after a child is placed in CSSM’s infant adoption program including Medicaid applications, social security forms, and birth certificates. She maintains the organization’s accounts receivable files, donation records, and financial reporting. Throughout the year, she also works alongside the rest of the CSSM team on special events, including the annual Adoption Celebration, board meetings, and various fundraisers. Stacey prides herself on her organization skills and dedication to providing superior customer service to CSSM clients and staff members.

When she is not working, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family. She also loves taking in the beautiful mountains, wildlife, and abundant scenery of Montana on day trips.
